Greetings .....Sigachi Industries, Sultanpur, Ameenpur, Hyderabad Hiring - Manager – Food & Nutrition Research & Development

This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to drive innovation and support the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of food fortification, nutritional supplement formulation, food processing techniques, ingredient functionality (including encapsulated vitamins/minerals, stabilizers, emulsifiers, dietary fibers, anticaking agents, etc.), as well as food chemistry across dairy, bakery, confectionery, vitamin premix, mineral premix, formulation development and related categories.

Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to food and nutrition product development.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or Nutritional Supplement Formulation.

Experience: 6–12 years of proven experience in food product development and nutrition, including food fortification and nutritional supplement development.
