Role Summary: The IT Hardware & Network Engineer will be responsible for providing hands-on support for computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting at the site. This includes diagnosing issues, configuring equipment, performing installations, and maintaining system functionality with a focus on user support and customer satisfaction.
