Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Encompasses a set of technologies that enable the process of collecting & analyzing user behavioral activities with different marketing touch points, to reach on a web site or a mobile app with the ultimate aim of enhancing the targeted business goals. It comprises the processes and technologies that enable marketers to evaluate the success of their marketing initiatives, by measuring performance.
What are we looking for?
- Create, build, and maintain recurring metrics and reports. Automate all routine reports and minimize manual interventions. Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations. Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable scale and ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides. Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and leadership. Resolve support tickets related to Tableau reports and data automations. Technical Specification: Working knowledge of Power BI and Hands on to SQL Hands on to Workfront Reporting & Dashboard Advanced Excel Insight Generation Commercial and Workflow Reconciliation Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions Roles and Responsibilities:
