The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.About the Role:The role of a Senior Analyst in Data Analytics involves overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business decision-making. Senior Analysts are responsible for developing and implementing data models, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.They often collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. Additionally, Senior Analysts play a key role in developing data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, and communicating findings to stakeholders effectively.Key Responsibilities:Analyze tell a story from large amounts of complex data using different tools and data analysis techniquesDefine, measure, and monitor KPIs, with a focus on experimentation and incremental improvementsConstruct dash boards and tools that enable non-analysts to explore data on their ownDevelop new and maintain existing suite of dash boards to ensure quality and accuracy of reporting meets evolving business requirementsSupport strategic planning processes through building models to forecast different operational scenarios and impacts to our businessInterface with cross-functional teams to gather information, prepare MIS reports and track performanceUndertake strategic finance projects to improve company performanceSupport ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and troubleshootingRequirements:2-4 years of experience in analytical roles such as data analyst or business analystExpertise in programming languages like Python, SQL, MS Excel.
