Duties and Responsibilities

Tarutium Global Consulting, through its Centre for Digital Transformation, is dedicated to driving innovation and sustainable growth across our IT and GIS service offerings. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and results-driven professional to join our strategic consulting team as a WebGIS Developer Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the development and deployment of cutting-edge WebGIS solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital transformation strategies for our clients.

§ Provide technical support for WebGIS platforms and related IT systems

GeoServer / MapServer

backend services

§ Ensure system security, scalability, and multi-user access control.

Qualification & Experience

Computer Science, Information Technology, Geoinformatics, or

WebGIS platform

·       High personal & professional integrity. Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving attitude. Experience in managing teams and logistics

·       Excellent networking and partnership-building skills.

·       Good analytical and knowledge management skills, including writing, presentation skills, and documentation.

·       Excellent fluency in English. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Technical Skills (Essential):

Python (Django/Flask)

GeoServer, MapServer, and OGC standards

PostgreSQL with PostGIS

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular

Leaflet, OpenLayers, MapLibre, and Mapbox

GIS tools and libraries

Linux environments

Docker/Docker Compose
