About The Team
The Site Ops – Strategy and Plannig is responsible for designing metrics, measure performance, devising automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital site operations. The team partners extensively with cross functional Business, Product and Technology teams to ensure that owned digital assets are accurate, current and provide the best possible customer experience
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Analyst – Creative Analytics, executing content optimization strategies, and executing cutting-edge automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital site operations. He/she will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic. Additionally, he/she will play a key role in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and ensuring efficient execution of SEO initiatives. He/She is responsible for executing efficient processes, identifying the best tools/technology available within and outside the Organization and implementing best practices to maximize team productivity. He/She will work with different stakeholders across Enterprise Item Content, IT, Marketing and other segments of Digital Commerce Operations to gain alignment on planned initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO improvements.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page SEO elements with tools like SemRush, SEO clarity, Search Console and web crawling tools.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and user behavior using tools like Google/ Adobe Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Provide insights, datasets, reporting dashboards and competitive intelligence to the assigned area for WBR and MBR
- Responsible for pulling, aggregating data to support enterprise initiatives from a digital perspective
- Define metrics, quantitative and qualitative measurement strategies and drive content and web analytics and benchmarking initiaitves.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage third-party and internal tools for deriving customer experience insights to improve site content.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvement through a mix of automation, product and process improvements
- Study customer behavior to determine improvement opportunities
- Build reports using data tools like Google/ Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools
III. Years Of Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in Analytics and SEO
- 2+ years of Online/ Retail experience
IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (B.Tech Preferred)
V. Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must Have)
- Data Analysis - analytical, problem-solving skills
- Experience in 2 or more search optimization tools like SemRush, SEOclarity, Search Console and web crawling tools.
- Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics
- Fullstory or similar tools
- Hotjar or similar tools
- Ability to handle dynamic environment
- Time-management and organization skills
- Strong execution skills and able to drive operational excellence
- Verbal, written and technical communication skills enabling presentation of concepts and ideas
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- A positive attitude and extreme attention to detail
