WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB: The Analyst, Maintenance Programs is part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. This role involves development and implementation of maintenance programs to ensure quality and safety, dedication to ensuring safety and reliability of PSA’s fleet, and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. WHAT YOU WILL DO: This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Review and analyze the CRJ-700/900 Maintenance Program to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards Evaluate reliability data to adjust recurring inspection and maintenance task intervals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability objectives are met Perform data review to connect found faults to maintenance program tasks, aligning maintenance program intervals for optimal performance Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance program requirements as documented within PSA's GMM Collect and resolve RFTSs for Maintenance Program changes submitted by the frontline Perform other duties as assigned by Tech Services leadership ALL YOU WILL NEED FOR SUCCESS: Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or a related field FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or a related field Experience with maintenance program development and implementation Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry standards Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry standards LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
