🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage result-oriented

  Social Media Strategies

  across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Monitor, track, and analyze social media

  KPIs & Metrics

  (Engagement, Reach, Impressions, CTR, Follower Growth, etc.)
• Prepare in-depth, actionable

  Performance Reports & Dashboards

  using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Data Analysis Tools)
• Generate insights and recommendations for content optimization and paid strategy improvements
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and government project reporting requirements
• Manage collaborations with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams
• Work directly on

  Government Projects for at least 1 year

  – strictly mandatory
• Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of proven experience as

  Social Media Analyst / Digital Media analyst / Social Media Analyst

• Strong expertise in

  Social Media Analytics, Metrics Reporting, and Data-Driven Strategy

• Advanced Excel skills for detailed report creation and data visualization
• Hands-on experience in executing and reporting on

  Government Digital Marketing Projects

  (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms (organic and paid) and social media tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in or ready to work from
