Analyst

You will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing Snapmint's credit and lending framework. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will design data-driven strategies, evaluate customer behavior, and develop innovative lending products that balance growth with risk control. This role offers significant exposure to credit analytics, retail lending, product development, and portfolio risk management in a fast-scaling fintech environment. Responsibilities: - Help senior management in credit strategy and planning by creating long and short-term growth charts for all businesses for top and bottom line. - Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies. - Assist in new product formation and new market exploration. - Analyze large volumes of customer data across a variety of digital tools like SQL to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement. - Help build credit risk decision strategies for retail lending with a unique value proposition. - Monitor the portfolio and macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance. Drive adjustments to underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk. Requirement: - 3-4 years of relevant experience in lending start-ups, Fintech, or Neo banks with strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills. - B. Tech /B.E. from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/ BIT). - Excellent proficiency in Excel. - Hands-on experience in using SQL, Python, Pandas, Jupyter. - Credit experience will be preferred.
