Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart Account Manager to oversee our seller accounts across these three major e-commerce platforms. This is an onsite position based in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Management
  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart platforms
  • Write compelling product descriptions with SEO optimization to improve visibility and search rankings
  • Update product information, images, pricing, and inventory details regularly
  • Ensure all listings meet platform-specific guidelines and quality standards
Returns and Claims Management
  • File and process return claims across all three platforms efficiently
  • Handle customer return requests and coordinate with logistics partners
  • Manage SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims for damaged or undelivered goods
  • Track and resolve return-related disputes and issues
Reconciliation Tasks
  • Reconcile returns and shipments across Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart
  • Perform daily payment reconciliation and settlement verification
  • Track marketplace commissions, fees, and deductions accurately
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and discrepancies
Product Photography
  • Click high-quality product photographs when required
  • Edit and optimize product images for better marketplace presentation
  • Ensure images meet each platform's technical specifications and guidelines
Account Management
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics across all platforms
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
  • Handle customer queries and maintain high seller ratings
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events
Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators including sales, conversion rates, and traffic
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights for management
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
  • Proven experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Meesho, and/or Flipkart
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Meesho Seller Dashboard, and Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
