Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot suppressed, stranded, or deactivated ASINs, liaising with Amazon support for resolution and reinstatement.

  • Ensure listing compliance with Amazon content policies, GTIN/UPC standards, and category-specific requirements across multiple marketplaces (UK, EU, US).

  • Maintain a master product catalog, tracking listing data, content revisions, product IDs, dimensions, and other critical metadata.

  • Implement backend keyword management strategies to improve indexing and ASIN discoverability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, customer service, logistics) to align on inventory accuracy, shipping settings, and product availability.

  • Monitor and manage inventory health, identifying slow-moving stock, tracking inbound shipments, and reducing overstock or stockouts.

  • Open and track Amazon support cases for catalog issues, brand approvals, policy clarifications, and listing reinstatements.

  • Analyze product performance metrics, suppressed listings, and customer feedback to inform improvements.

  • Stay updated with Amazon platform updates, content policies, and category changes to ensure catalog agility and compliance.

  • Coordinate and implement A+ content updates and Enhanced Brand Content where needed.

  • Assist with brand registry maintenance, compliance documentation uploads, and product ID exemptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years of Amazon Advertising and Sponsored Products experience.
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) processes.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools for performance measurement.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
