AI Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a digitally native, creatively driven AI Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in using AI-powered content creation tools like Carousel AI, ContentIn, and has a strong design sense with proficiency in Canva. This role requires both creative agility and strategic thinking to build engaging, scalable, and brand-aligned social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and schedule high-performing social media content using AI tools like Carousel AI and ContentIn
• Design visually appealing posts, carousels, and reels using Canva, aligning with brand aesthetics and trends.
• Manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns, launches, and messaging goals
• Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience engagement to optimize content performance
• Track and report on KPIs, engagement metrics, and growth trends; adjust strategies accordingly
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community-building activities
• Test and implement new AI-driven workflows to increase content output and creative efficiency

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
• Proficiency in AI content tools like Carousel AI and ContentIn
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for content design and visual storytelling
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing across multiple platforms
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail, tone, and engagement tactics
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social)
• Exposure to basic video editing or short-form content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Express)
