Job Summary:

The AI Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales and adoption of AI-based solutions across various industries. This role combines a strong knowledge of AI technologies with sales expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of AI products and services. The AI Sales will develop strategies, build relationships, and lead a sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

    :
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for AI products and services.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target industries.
  • Create and execute plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Leverage knowledge of AI and machine learning to explain the business value of AI solutions.
  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

    :
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Consult clients on AI solutions, offering insights into how AI can optimize their business operations.
  1. Market Research & Lead Generation

    :
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities in the AI space.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, social media, and partnerships.
  • Work with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive AI product awareness.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure AI solutions meet client needs.
  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics to senior management.
  1. Technical Knowledge

    :
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Understand technical aspects of AI platforms and solutions to better assist clients in product selection.
  1. Negotiation & Closing

    :
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage pricing and contract terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in AI, software, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with AI/ML platforms or SaaS-based AI solutions.
  • Industry knowledge in sectors such as finance, Education or manufacturing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Number of new client acquisitions.
  • Growth in revenue from AI product sales.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction rates.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that AI solutions meet client needs and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
