Job Purpose
To understand, design & align RA Validations for all technology Changes without impacting Organization Revenues, Customers & Regulatory guidelines and providing necessary inputs to Business & Technology teams to enable them decide for launch.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Make necessary recommendations for system level changes, reports and process changes to mitigate any risk identified.
- Plan the RA validation approach and design the test scenarios that will be required.
- Explain the RA test scenarios and get the testing executed by Network/IT / CS team
- Support and recommend solutions while doing trouble shooting related to the changes.
- Build and maintain a strong partnership and communication with cross functional teams for seamless implementation.
- Ensure compliance to RA processes for change management.
- Post implementation monitoring of system performance, usage and revenue trend for the changes.
- Prepare dashboards with detailed information & analysis
- Governance and Compliance for mandatory activities & setup controls to identify and minimize revenue leakage.
- To understand the proposed changes and assess the system, Customer & Regulatory impact & accordingly plan the Scope of RA validation required
- Planning resource according to work load and ensuring productivity within the team including identification of training needs
- Get the relevant RA validations executed by team as per RA validation scope
- Build and maintain a strong communication process within Marketing, Technology & CS teams for an error free and timely product launch
- 100% adherence to laid down RA Process for network changes.
- Review the internal/external operational processes to identify scope for enhancement and implement changes seamlessly wherever any technological or product changes.
- Managing performance in line with designed processes, driving root cause analysis and problem solving and identifying process improvements.
- Risk management, to Identify fraud and leakages to develop robust control processes within system.
- Internal Audits and process documentations / RCA to identify system flows and explore solutions.
- Cross process agility, working with Cross functions like Marketing, Technology, CS and NW Team for timely delivery of business requirement/observations and its closure.
