Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    sales and business development

    of

    E-Rickshaw and Solar Batteries

    across UP and other key territories in India.
  • Expand and manage a strong

    dealer/distributor network

    and develop new

    OEM/institutional clients

    in the EV and renewable segments.
  • Design and implement

    sales strategies

    for both battery verticals E-Rickshaw and Solar.
  • Regularly monitor

    sales performance, pricing, credit, and collections

    across all regions.
  • Identify new

    market opportunities

    , partnerships, and government or commercial tenders in solar and EV battery domains.
  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams for

    product customization

    based on field requirements.
  • Ensure

    after-sales support and service readiness

    across markets.
  • Provide

    market intelligence reports

    , competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales teams and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
