Job Description

Sales Executive / BDM

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage
dealer & distributor network
to achieve sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and ensure customer acquisition in assigned territory.
Conduct
regular market visits
to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Support distributors/dealers with sales strategies, product promotions, and after-sales service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
25 years in sales of Battery, Lubricant, or Tyre products (Battery industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
