Job Title: Manager ER OEM Location: Kolkata / Guwahati / Delhi Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Head Office (HO) Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and manage ER OEM (Electric Rickshaw Original Equipment Manufacturer) business in the assigned territory. Establish direct relationships with OEMs and strengthen engagement with the company. Identify, onboard, and nurture potential dealers to expand market coverage. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales turnover and ensure the appointment of new OEMs and dealers as per target plans. Ensure execution of territory-specific sales strategies for consistent business growth. Forecasting & Stock Planning: Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability and order planning. Work closely with the factory and warehouse for smooth supply chain operations. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with factory, service teams, and HO to support order fulfillment, technical issues, and after-sales support. Ensure seamless communication for smoother operations and customer satisfaction. Dealer & OEM Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints with ER OEMs and dealers to address concerns, collect feedback, and support business needs. Resolve operational and commercial issues in a timely and effective manner. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and updates directly to HO on performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 5–8 years in B2B sales or OEM management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive component industry. Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Preferred: Candidates with experience in handling ER/OEM network in Eastern/Northern India.

Identify and appoint new dealers and sub-dealers , ensuring territory expansion. Work closely with local mechanics, fleet owners, OEMs, and retailers to drive secondary sales. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends , and generate actionable market intelligence. Ensure effective collection, credit control , and minimize outstanding dues. Coordinate with logistics, service teams, and head office for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Conduct monthly sales forecasting , territory planning, and demand generation activities. Train and support field executives, promoters, and local channel partners .

Key Responsibilities : Drive sales and business development of E-Rickshaw and Solar Batteries across UP and other key territories in India. Expand and manage a strong dealer/distributor network and develop new OEM/institutional clients in the EV and renewable segments. Design and implement sales strategies for both battery verticals E-Rickshaw and Solar. Regularly monitor sales performance, pricing, credit, and collections across all regions. Identify new market opportunities , partnerships, and government or commercial tenders in solar and EV battery domains. Collaborate with product and R&D teams for product customization based on field requirements. Ensure after-sales support and service readiness across markets. Provide market intelligence reports , competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic planning. Lead and mentor the regional sales teams and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
