Establish direct relationships with OEMs and strengthen engagement with the company. Identify, onboard, and nurture potential dealers to expand market coverage. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales turnover and ensure the appointment of new OEMs and dealers as per target plans. Ensure execution of territory-specific sales strategies for consistent business growth. Forecasting & Stock Planning: Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability and order planning. Work closely with the factory and warehouse for smooth supply chain operations. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with factory, service teams, and HO to support order fulfillment, technical issues, and after-sales support. Ensure seamless communication for smoother operations and customer satisfaction. Dealer & OEM Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints with ER OEMs and dealers to address concerns, collect feedback, and support business needs. Resolve operational and commercial issues in a timely and effective manner. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and updates directly to HO on performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 5–8 years in B2B sales or OEM management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive component industry. Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Preferred: Candidates with experience in handling ER/OEM network in Eastern/Northern India.
