The Admin Head will be responsible for leading and managing all administrative operations for Renewable Solar & Wind projects across multiple sites. The role ensures smooth functioning of site administration, compliance, logistics, facilities management, vendor control, statutory documentation, and coordination between HO and project locations.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at all Renewable project sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and project documentation.
Monitor attendance, muster roll records, and labour compliance for all sites.
Ensure proper implementation of safety, security, and housekeeping systems.
Ensure availability and upkeep of site offices, guest houses, canteens, vehicles, and utilities.
Manage accommodation, transportation, and welfare facilities for site employees.
Coordinate for AMC, repairs, and maintenance of office assets and site infrastructure.
Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for admin services (transport, housekeeping, security, catering, site logistics).
Manage vendor agreements, rate finalization, performance tracking, and timely payments.
Ensure cost-effective procurement of admin materials and consumables.
Manage travel, transport, and logistics arrangements for HO staff and project teams.
Oversee material gate pass, vehicle movements, and logistics documentation.
Coordinate for site mobilization and demobilization during project execution.
Maintain all admin-related documents, expense records, compliance reports, and dashboards.
Prepare weekly/monthly admin MIS reports for management review.
