Role & Responsibilities:

Desired Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) with 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing/packaging industry.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role handling multi-plant operations in a listed company.
• Strong knowledge of IND-AS, SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and taxation.
• Proven expertise in strategic financial management, treasury, and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).

Role Overview

The AGM – Accounts & Finance will play a leadership role in managing the company’s overall financial operations, statutory compliances, and governance requirements. The position will involve overseeing plant finance, corporate finance, taxation, and reporting, while also acting as a strategic partner to senior management in driving profitability, cost efficiency, and business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per month
