The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrochemistry, or a related field. Hands-on experience in working with batteries or electrochemical systems is essential, along with a keen interest in cross-functional collaboration across the lab, literature review, computational analysis, and real-world application. Familiarity with characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, and EIS is beneficial.
