Job Title AGM - Solutions Talent Acquisition Pan India

Candidate Role & Responsibilities :15-20 years experience in the Talent Acquisition Solutions domain / ConsultingAny Bachelor Degree, Masters degree preferredWork with Solutions team to help create Talent Acquisition solutions for clients (typically large clients with high volume global hiring) Create custom TA solutions based on intended target industry and talent segment, provide deep and competitive solution insights for the solutions team Suggest and create clear workflows in the overall Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process aligned with industry best practices, benchmarks process and technology trends for sales cycles and current client delivery Act as Subject Matter Expert for TA for client presentations during sales cycle and due diligence phase Keep updated with relevant and contemporary competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
Scope for differentiated solutions, make compelling pitches to present the TA and overall integrated HR solution to existing and prospective clients Prepare for meetings and present tailored communications to address business needs of potential clients Interact closely with the Solutions and Transformation team to develop and deploy new / custom tech solutions Identify key metrics that impact HR and business and design offerings for high positive impact
