AGM - Facility Management Sevices

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Business Development:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned region, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster loyalty and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiation and Closing:Leading negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing contracts with new and existing clients.
• Market Analysis:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform business development strategies.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:Motivating and guiding the sales team, providing support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Reporting and Analysis:Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Strategic Planning:Contributing to the development and implementation of long-term business development strategies for the organization.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales and Business Development Experience:Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the security services industry.
• Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Leadership and Team Management:Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team.
• Product Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of security solutions and services, including electronic security, physical security, and other relevant offerings.
• Client Relationship Management:Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA considered a plus.

In the context of the Security Services Industry:

• Understanding of Security Needs:Experience working with different types of security solutions, such as electronic security systems, access control, surveillance, and physical security measures.
• Knowledge of Industry Regulations:Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Networking and Relationship Building:Building relationships with key stakeholders in the security sector, including potential clients, industry experts, and government officials.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to develop security strategies to mitigate potential threats.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
