Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Security:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including entry and exit points, to ensure the safety and security of residents.
• Discipline and Regulations:Enforcing hostel rules and regulations, maintaining order, and addressing any breaches of conduct.
• Resident Welfare:Providing support, guidance, and counseling to students, helping them adjust to hostel life and address any personal or academic challenges.
• Administrative Duties:Managing hostel admissions, maintaining records, and handling communication with students, parents, and the institution.
• Facility Management:Ensuring the hostel is well-maintained, clean, and safe for residents, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Emergency Management:Being prepared to handle emergencies, providing first aid, and coordinating with relevant authorities when needed.
• Event Planning:Organizing activities and events to promote social interaction and personal development among residents.
• Communication and Mediation:Facilitating communication between students, staff, and parents, and mediating conflicts among residents.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of residents, visitors, and hostel-related activities.
• Meal Management:Overseeing meal ordering, ensuring quality and hygiene in the kitchen (in some cases).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
