Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching for Product Excellence:Provide strategic coaching and mentorship to product teams, enabling them to adopt Agile practices and achieve self-sustainability in product management, value delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fostering Product Leadership Growth:Partner with Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Product Owners to refine their leadership capabilities and align their practices with Agile and product-focused principles, driving organizational success.
- Enhancing Predictive Capabilities:Guide product teams in refining estimation, capacity planning, and forecasting methods to achieve alignment with product goals and outcomes.
- Training on Agile Ecosystem:Conduct specialized training sessions on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, tailoring them to the needs of product teams within Delta’s Agile Ecosystem.
- Workshops & Enablement:Lead engaging workshops to strengthen capabilities in Agile development and product management, focusing on principles, practices, and tools enablement.
- Communities of Practice:Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing by promoting and sustaining Communities of Practice (CoP) focused on product management and Agile principles.
- Governance Dashboards:Work with the Power BI reporting team to develop enterprise-level governance dashboards for insightful product reporting and decision-making.
- Support for Tools Integration:Collaborate closely with the Tool Admin team to address support requests, ensuring seamless integration and operation of tools like Agility, ServiceNow, Aha, and Smart sheets across the product landscape.
- Technical Tools Support:Assist the Tool Admin team with addressing support requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations to support enterprise-wide product and Agile ecosystem initiatives.
- Adaptability in Roles:Showcase flexibility by stepping into various roles to support organizational needs during the Product Transformation journey.
What you need to succeed (Minimum Qualification):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related technical field is required.
- Strong expertise in Agile implementation and/or product management practices.
- Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Agile tools like JIRA, Digital.ai Agility, and Power BI for product reporting.
- Knowledge of AWS and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours overlapping with US time zones.
What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4–5 years of experience in Software Delivery, with at least 2–3 years in Agile coaching and/or Product Coaching within a medium-sized organization.
- Proven success in coaching teams transitioning from traditional delivery methods to Agile and/ or product practices.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and hands-on experience with Agile tools.
- Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
- Passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering exceptional product outcomes.
