YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI). Translate business/functional requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with the Controllership Innovation Team to understand business processes and desired outcomes. Liaise with both IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, create documentation, monitor service levels, and drive projects to value delivery. Act as initial point-of-contact for incidents raised by end users. Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform solutions. Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Mentor junior members in the team as needed. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS): Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 6+ Years of Experience, including at least 2 year’s experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong understanding of Power Apps, including building canvas and model driven apps, customizing forms and views, implementing business logic using Power FX and integrating with various data sources like SharePoint or SQL Server or Dataverse. Deep experience with Power Automate , including developing complex multi-step flows, integration with third party systems using APIs, and comprehensive error handling and monitoring. Experience with DevOps or Ci/Cd practices and tools, including managed environments, deployment pipelines, solution containers and componentization. Familiarity with Power Platform governance concepts, including data loss prevention policies. Proficiency in data modelling and SQL. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritizations skills in an agile environment. Experience and familiarity presenting to technical and business audiences Experience mentoring junior team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
