Role Overview

Agile Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Champion

  Agile principles and practices

  across multiple teams and business units.
• Facilitate

  leadership and performance workshops

  to strengthen Agile mindset and behaviors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  translate strategic objectives into actionable Agile roadmaps

  .
• Coach teams and leadership on

  Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

  and scaling practices.
• Drive

  organizational agility

  by implementing scalable frameworks and modern delivery practices.
• Mentor and guide teams to build

  high-performance habits

  , improve predictability, and deliver business value.
• Support

  change management initiatives

  , ensuring smooth adoption of Agile ways of working.
• Leverage

  modern tools and techniques

  , including AI-powered insights, to enhance delivery and visibility.
• Promote

  innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

  across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• 9+ years of experience

  as an Agile Coach.
• Proven track record in

  enterprise Agile transformation

  and coaching leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile frameworks

  (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices.
• Excellent

  communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Experience in

  Agile maturity assessments

  , roadmap creation, and performance metrics.
• Certifications such as

  SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Coach, or Certified Scrum Professional

  highly desirable.
• Ability to

  design flexible, purpose-driven strategies

  and foster a culture of agility.
