Lead and support organization-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and senior leaders on Agile best practices.
Implement and refine Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, training, and maturity assessments.
Identify and remove organizational impediments to improve delivery performance.
Support Agile engineering initiatives including CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Strong experience working with Director/VP-level leadership.
Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and transformation practices.
Experience in SaaS or cloud-based product engineering environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and test automation fundamentals.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
