Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Agency Manager to join our team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective agency strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of agents to meet sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and healthcare providers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide training and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Monitor and report on agency performance metrics, such as sales revenue and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in agency management within the Medical Services/Hospital industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders.
