Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as an Agency Manager requires working from the Chandigarh office with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Agency Manager will manage and drive insurance sales through agency channels, recruit and manage a team of agents, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include training agents, monitoring performance, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance overall business outcomes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company standards and actively identifying new opportunities in the market.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, with a focus on achieving targets and revenue goals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Experience in team management and leadership, including recruiting, training, and motivating agents
• Knowledge of the insurance domain, products, and regulatory requirements is preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for market analysis and strategy development
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for communication and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; additional certifications in insurance or marketing are a plus
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is highly advantageous
