Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Pune. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing agency operations, developing business strategies, managing a team, and driving sales performance. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agents to meet sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with company policies.
