AEM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for

  Adobe Commerce (Magento)

  , CMS platforms, and digital applications.
• Design solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security for

  websites, mobile apps, and WhatsApp integrations

  .
• Architect

  single sign-on (SSO), registration, login, and OTP-based authentication systems

  .
• Develop APIs and integration patterns for

  third-party systems

  (CRM, ERP, Payment Gateways, Marketing Automation, etc.).

• Commerce & CMS

• Lead architecture of

  Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)

  , including product catalog, order management, and checkout workflows.
• Integrate with

  Content Management Systems (CMS)

  for seamless content-commerce experiences.
• Enable personalization and recommendation engines.

• Integrations & APIs

• Define

  API-first strategy

  and integration best practices.
• Architect integrations with

  payment gateways, loyalty platforms, shipping providers, and external systems

  .
• Oversee middleware / iPaaS solutions for enterprise-grade integrations.

• Analytics & Insights

• Design integration with

  Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and CDP platforms

  .
• Establish data pipelines for user journey tracking across

  web, app, and WhatsApp

  .
• Define KPIs and dashboards for monitoring system and business performance.

• Security & Compliance

• Implement

  secure authentication flows

  (SSO, OAuth2, OTP, biometrics).
• Ensure compliance with

  PCI-DSS (for payments), GDPR, and data privacy laws

  .

• Omni-Channel Engagement

• Architect integrations with

  WhatsApp Business API

  for notifications, order updates, and support.
• Enable

  mobile-first and responsive architecture

  for iOS, Android, and PWA apps.
• Support cross-channel customer journeys (web, app, WhatsApp, and in-store).

• Governance & Leadership

• Provide technical leadership to developers and integration engineers.
• Review solution designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Act as the primary technical contact for vendors and system integrators.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Expertise

• Strong knowledge of

  Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)

  and enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, WordPress, or headless CMS).
• Proven experience in

  solution architecture and system integration

  .
• Hands-on with

  REST, GraphQL, and microservices-based design

  .

• Integration & Payment

• Deep experience integrating with

  payment gateways

  (Razorpay, UPI etc.).
• Knowledge of

  third-party APIs

  (CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.).
• Experience with

  middleware/iPaaS

  tools.

• Analytics

• Familiarity with

  Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, CDP, and Tag Management Systems

  .
• Strong understanding of data architecture for

  customer journey tracking

  .

• Authentication & Security

• Experience with

  OAuth2, SAML, JWT, SSO, OTP, and multi-factor authentication

  .
• Understanding of

  security standards

  : PCI-DSS, GDPR, OWASP Top 10.

• Mobile & Omni-Channel

• Architecture experience for

  native iOS/Android apps, hybrid apps, and PWAs

  .
• Knowledge of

  WhatsApp Business API, push notifications, chatbots

  .

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor collaborations.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
