Role Overview: You will be the Application Lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites at Tech Global, responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe AEM Sites. - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business requirements. - Serve as the primary contact for project delivery and stakeholder management. - Collaborate with multiple teams, guiding them in decision-making and solution design. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. - Provide scalable solutions for complex technical challenges. - Drive innovation by keeping abreast of emerging trends in CMS, DAM, and integration frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong expertise in content management systems and digital asset management (DAM). - Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of back-end integration methods, APIs, and third-party services. - Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE). - Exposure to modern web frameworks and cloud-based architectures. - Experience in delivering multi-site, multi-lingual digital platforms. - Track record of leading teams and managing project delivery in enterprise environments. - Exposure to cloud deployment of AEM (Adobe Managed Services / AEM as a Cloud Service). - Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
