AEM Architect

Role Overview: You will be joining as an AEM Architect at New Era Technology, where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AEM platforms for enterprise clients. Your role will involve shaping digital content strategies, leading migration projects, and ensuring seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud products and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement AEM-based digital platforms for enterprise content management and engagement. - Lead migration projects from legacy platforms to AEM with minimal business disruption. - Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations tailored to business requirements. - Collaborate with design/UX teams to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 and accessibility standards. - Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Target, Campaign, Launch). - Optimize dispatcher, CDN, and cloud configurations for security, scalability, and performance. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints. - Partner with stakeholders to present and align on architectural strategies. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of AEM development experience, including 3+ years as an Architect. - In-depth expertise in JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Dispatcher configurations. - Proven experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations. - Strong background in backend integrations (REST APIs, CRM, ERP systems). - Knowledge of frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, AJAX. - Proficiency in testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
