Role Snapshot


Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from identifying new opportunities and building relationships to pitching campaigns, closing deals, and ensuring seamless delivery. You’ll craft solutions that match client goals, fuel revenue growth, and shape how top brands engage with India’s largest travel audience.


What You’ll Do


  • Campaign Ownership: Identify client needs, ideate campaign strategies, create compelling presentations, and pitch advertising solutions.
  • New Business Development: Prospect and source clients across industries; reach out through calls, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and client behavior to design smarter campaigns.
  • Revenue Generation: Collaborate with brands to create impactful partnerships, driving both sales and long-term relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients.
  • Seamless Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure campaign execution and timely delivery.
  • Reporting & Insights: Analyse performance metrics and present actionable insights to management.


You’re a Fit If You…


  • Bring 2–8 years of experience in sales, advertising, or business development.
  • Are a post-graduate or hold equivalent professional experience.
  • Have strong communication skills (written & verbal) and are confident in client-facing roles.
  • Are well-versed with Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Can prospect, cold-call, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.
  • Have a strong grasp of digital advertising trends and performance metrics.
  • Are highly organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
