Our world-class facilities allow us to offer the very highest academic and pastoral standards, in tandem with outstanding sporting and cultural opportunities. We follow an inspiring curriculum for Early Years and Juniors and employ the English National Curriculum for Years 7 to 9. From August 2024 we introduced the IGCSE curriculum for our Year 10 pupils and we intend to offer the IBDP for our new Year 12 programme from August 2025. Role DescriptionThe Admissions Manager oversees the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families while meeting enrollment targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, familiarity with the UK education system, and the ability to represent the school’s values to a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Admissions ManagementIndependently oversee all aspects of the admissions process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.Issue offer letters, process enrollments, and maintain student records (physical and digital).Update and adhere to admissions policies and government registration requirements.2. Recruitment Strategy & TargetsDevelop and execute pupil recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals across all year groups.Ensure a first-class customer experience for prospective families at every touchpoint.Maintain accurate and timely data flow for reporting and decision-making.3. Inquiry Handling & Family EngagementRespond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.Conduct school tours, providing detailed information about programs, fees, and curriculum (IGCSE/IBDP).Guide families through the admissions process, including assessments and interviews with Heads of School.4. Events & OutreachPlan and execute admissions events (Open Days, Taster Days, Info Sessions).Represent the school at education fairs and external recruitment drives.Prepare and deliver admissions presentations for stakeholders.5. Database & ReportingMaintain a detailed CRM database of inquiries, enrollments, withdrawals, and feedback.Generate analytical reports for management to track trends and performance.Manage student insurance processes in liaison with providers.6. Team Collaboration & SupportAssist the Head of Admissions with strategic projects as needed.Train and support front-office staff on admissions protocols.7. Flexibility & CommitmentWillingness to work extended hours/weekends during peak admissions periods or events. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Marketing, or Business Administration. Experience:5+ years in admissions and / or client relations, preferably in UK/international schools.Familiarity with Pune’s education landscape and expatriate communities. Skills:Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (English fluency; Marathi/Hindi a plus).Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.Cultural sensitivity to engage with multinational families. Personal Attributes:Target-driven with a customer-service mindset.Ability to work under pressure during peak admissions seasons.
