Job Description

Oversee application review and selection procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions cycle.
Supervise and train admissions officers and support staff to meet departmental goals.
Plan and implement outreach programs, open houses, campus tours, and marketing initiatives to attract prospective students.
Confidently pitch MBA programs, handle objections & convert leads to admission.
Guide students effectively, resolve queries & consistently meet admission targets.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and admissions decisions.
Prepare reports on application trends, enrollment figures, and recruitment effectiveness to inform strategy.
Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and counselors, offering guidance on admissions procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Should have 5+yrs of relevant experience.
Proven experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with admissions management software and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
