Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate daily office operations, ensure efficiency, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a knack for streamlining processes while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations Management:
  • Plan and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs, ensuring the workplace remains fully functional and well-organized.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training or guidance to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Budget and Financial Oversight:
  • Manage and monitor administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation of office-related expenditures.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of office operations, including employee records, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Vendor and Service Management:
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Scheduling and Communication:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Problem-Solving and Process Improvement:
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to maintain seamless office functions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Must have a Laptop
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and administrative tools.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BSW or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

  • Shiliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
