Job Summary:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations

by managing administrative tasks, facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and general office

support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to

multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Office & Facility Management

 Oversee daily office administration activities, including housekeeping, maintenance,

and repairs.

 Ensure all office equipment, electrical fixtures, and furniture are properly maintained

and in working condition.

 Monitor and maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

 Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and consumables to ensure

timely availability.

 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for contracts, renewals, and timely

delivery of services.

 Maintain and update a database of approved vendors and suppliers.

Documentation & Record Management

 Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems related to

administrative operations.

 Handle maintenance of files, folders, and important documentation in both physical

and digital formats.

 Ensure proper tracking of incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and

correspondence.


Event & Travel Coordination

 Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and employee

engagement activities.


Support & Coordination

 Act as a point of contact for administrative queries within the office.

 Liaise with internal teams to provide timely support for administrative needs.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 0–2 years of experience in office administration or facility management.

 Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

 Organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Detail-oriented, proactive, and approachable personality.

 Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.

 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
