Location: Belapur Experience Required: Total 3–5 years (including minimum 1 year ICU experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Rotational (Day/Night) Compensation offered - 2- 2.5 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to senior residents at our elderly assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, and a passion for geriatric nursing. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized nursing care to elderly residents with chronic conditions, mobility issues, and age-related health challenges. Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as per physician prescriptions. Monitor and document residents’ vital signs, health status, and changes in behavior or condition. Manage emergencies efficiently, utilizing ICU experience when needed. Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, mobility support, and personal hygiene. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to implement care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Educate residents and family members about medications, treatments, and preventive healthcare. Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and caregivers. Required Qualifications: Education: ANM/GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent (registered with State Nursing Council) Experience: 3–5 years total nursing experience with at least 1 year of ICU experience (mandatory) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and patience for working with elderly population Preferred Skills: Experience in geriatric care or palliative care Familiarity with elderly-specific conditions like dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, arthritis, etc. Ability to handle medical equipment like suction machines, oxygen cylinders, feeding tubes, etc. Show more Show less
