Administrative Executive

Role: Remote Administrative Executive – Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination between our therapists and clients. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling of therapy sessions between clients and therapists
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and reminders with professionalism
• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding appointments
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and schedules
• Coordinate with therapists to optimize their availability
• Support billing operations, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Assist with documentation, feedback collection, and service coordination

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly
• Prior experience in administration, scheduling, or client support preferred
• Comfort with remote tools (Google Calendar, Zoom/Meet, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
• Professional, reliable, and empathetic attitude
