About Sounderic: Sounderic is an all women led online speech and occupational therapy practice committed to providing high-quality therapy services to children and adults across India and globally. We are passionate about making therapy accessible and impactful, and we are looking for a proactive and empathetic Administrative Executive to support our growing team. Role Overview: We are hiring a Female Administrative Executive based in Mumbai who will play a critical role in managing operational workflows, coordinating therapy schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and therapists. This is a hybrid position requiring both remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage therapy sessions using internal scheduling tools Coordinate communication between clients and therapists Provide administrative support including handling queries, maintaining records, and client follow-ups Support billing operations, invoicing, and payment tracking Assist with documentation, feedback collection, and service coordination Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely client service delivery Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and email communication Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Empathy and professionalism while interacting with clients and families Female candidates only (as part of our women-led team) Location: This is a hybrid role .
