Role Overview-

Administrative Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with

  government departments, statutory bodies, and local authorities

  for licenses, approvals, permits, and compliance requirements for new plant establishment.
• Manage statutory compliances under

  Factories Act, Pollution Control Board, Fire Safety, Labour Laws, and other regulatory frameworks

  .
• Ensure timely renewals of permits, certifications, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams during

  plant setup and expansion projects

  .
• Represent the organization in meetings with regulatory authorities, government offices, and industrial bodies.
• Maintain updated records and documentation of statutory filings, NOCs, and approvals.
• Handle inspections, audits, and compliance visits by statutory authorities.
• Assist management in preparing reports and updates on compliance and plant operational readiness.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  to government offices, industrial bodies, and plant locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline) specialization in Administration / Law / Management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements for manufacturing/plant operations.
• Excellent networking and liaising skills with government authorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems preferred.
