Job Description

Job Summary: The Manager Organized Trade will be responsible for establishing and scaling Nureca Limited's footprint across modern trade channels, corporate sales, OEM/ODM partnerships, and institutional buyers within India. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in retail, distribution, and B2B sales across modern formats. Key Responsibilities: Build B2B/B2C trade relationships with modern trade chains, independents, and omni-channel partners. Drive tender-based sales for corporate hospitals, central government institutes, and non-medical organizations via GEM & E-procurement. Define and implement growth strategies to achieve 9 Cr revenue target. Launch structured GTM plans and category growth initiatives across channels. Manage key accounts, pricing, negotiations, and new client acquisition. Lead corporate gifting initiatives in Pharma & Non-Pharma via direct and indirect channels. Build internal SOPs, processes, and infrastructure for a sustainable Organized Trade channel. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Finance, Logistics, etc.) Track and analyze key KPIs, deliver channel P&L, and maintain reporting dashboards.
