Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end procurement activities in line with company policies and requirements.
  • Conduct cost comparisons to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow up regularly with suppliers and transporters for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues such as quality complaints, payment follow-ups, and service delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reporting.
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new suppliers and market trends to enhance procurement efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Good negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple vendors and tasks.
