Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end procurement activities in line with company policies and requirements.
Conduct cost comparisons to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow up regularly with suppliers and transporters for timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Resolve vendor-related issues such as quality complaints, payment follow-ups, and service delays.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reporting.
Continuously explore and evaluate new suppliers and market trends to enhance procurement efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
Good negotiation and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple vendors and tasks.
