Job Summary - The Export Manager will drive global sales efforts, working to expand market reach. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, a proactive approach to sales strategies, and a keen sense for identifying and closing opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, with experience in managing distributor networks, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement country/region-specific sales strategies for international markets to meet revenue and growth objectives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Address client inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process. Analyze and identify new business opportunities and untapped markets in designated regions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and materials. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress toward sales goals. Use CRM software to monitor leads, pipeline, and closed sales. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights. Share client feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and improvement. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Skills : * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in international markets. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. * Familiarity with market dynamics, pricing strategies, and the OEM sales lifecycle.
