Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Kharghar ,Navi Mumbai.Assisting with administrative tasks such as report preparation, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Prepare and mantain reports ,records and presentation Manage office and site suplies and inventory Support HR functions like attendance,leave tracking and onboarding coordination Mantain filing system ( digital and physical )Assist in bookkeeping and expense management Ensure compliance with company policies Co-ordinate travel arrangement Organise and Manage Logistics

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Canva ,Google Workspace and Basic Video Editing
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experince Required- 1-2 years
