Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing executive administrative support, handling phone communications, and performing clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth functioning of office activities.

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
  • Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is preferred
