Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Assist in medical insurance administration (claims submission, settlement follow-up, data verification, deductions, etc.).
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.

Administration

  • Oversee canteen administration, ensuring smooth vendor operations.
  • Manage office upkeep, facilities, and supplies.
  • Handle travel and logistics arrangements (ticketing, hotel bookings, visa processing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for expense tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Support leadership and teams with day-to-day administrative needs.


Experience & Background

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to closure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with HRIS/HR software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Specialized Skills

  • Talent management, including performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Employee benefits administration (health insurance, leave policies, etc.).
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in designing and supporting training and development programs.

Would prefer candidates from our industry (advertising, media, digital).
