Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients to secure new business opportunities. Proposal & Pitch Development : Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients, tailored to their needs and objectives. Successfully pitch ideas and services to close deals. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the creative, operations, and delivery teams to ensure that client expectations are met, and projects are executed successfully. Negotiation & Contract Management : Manage contract negotiations, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for the company and clients. Client Retention & Growth : Beyond client acquisition, work to ensure that clients remain satisfied with our services, with the goal of securing repeat business and expanding the scope of services offered. Skills and Qualifications : Experience : At least 7-8 years of experience in business development or sales in the event, activation and retail industry, with a demonstrated track record of bringing in large, key accounts. Strong Network : Established relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the experiential and event sector. Proven Sales Ability : A history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly with large-scale clients and projects. Strategic Thinker : Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand presence in the market. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
