Admin & HR Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of operations at Grow and Turn as an Admin / HR Executive. Your role will involve managing various administrative and HR tasks to support the agency's operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage attendance, leaves, onboarding, and exit processes - Handle hiring, screening, interviews, and HR documentation - Coordinate vendor interactions, office supplies, bills, and admin support - Maintain contracts, SOPs, and agency documentation - Schedule coordination, follow-ups, and internal communication with founders - Track team performance and maintain HR reports - Ensure seamless everyday office operations Qualifications & Skills: - Strong communication and people-handling skills - Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented - Proficient in documentation and coordination - Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets - Experience in HR/Administration preferred At Grow and Turn, you will have the opportunity to work with a creative, growth-driven team and contribute directly to the agency's performance and culture.
